CoMakerHub

Love what you see at the maker faires? Join us in Colorado’s Maker Community throughout the year.  The mission of the Colorado Maker Hub, an educational nonprofit 501c3 organization, is to foster maker innovation, creating a thriving, sustainable future. We do this by advancing and connecting Colorado makers – a vibrant community of tinkerers, tech enthusiasts, artists, educators, youth makers, inventors, hobbyists, science clubs, students and entrepreneurs – through events, education and online collaboration.

See what we are making in 2016!

  • Maker Swap Meet – one maker’s trash is another’s treasure!
  • Colorado Youth Makers program – resources and programs to grow youth makers in education, makerspaces, and libraries
  • Denver Mini Maker Faire at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science – June 11/12
  • Rocky Mountain Makerspace Conference – July 16 and 17 at the Longmont Museum
  • Makers After Dark distillery tasting with Makers on Fire! – October 7
  • NoCo Mini Maker Faire – October 8/9
  • Colorado Maker Week – October 8-15, with maker activities throughout the state.

This event looks awesome and we have a group of teachers from Evergreen Country Day School that would like to attend. Is there a way to register for the Friday afternoon session and Teachers Lounge, or do we just purchase the Saturday/Sunday ticket?

    Thanks,

    • Hi,
Sorry it has taken us a while to put up all the Maker Ed information. Many organizations are coming together to make this happen and the organization has been a lot! But we are now there and I’m now posting all the details on the Maker Ed page now along with a ticket link. There are a number of options from just a Sat/Sun ticket to a full Friday/weekend package. Looking forward to seeing you there!
